Hello 2020!
We at Collage Consultants WLL have enjoyed a fruitful and challenging 2019. Challenging in the best ways, as we have pushed our designs and ourselves to think outside the box and bring unique flair to each premises we have worked on. Fruitful because we have enjoyed the success of our learning and labors. We have entered 2020 with fresh eyes and even fresher designs and concepts. We would like to thank each one of you for being there to support and inspire us as we grow and rise to meet the new adventures that this year will bring.

Design in Action – Residential projects with BIM modelling
Residential Architecture is one of the numerous sectors that we have long term expertise in. We have participated in projects of many sizes and countries all around the world. We have started 2020 with a wide variety of residential projects. On each of them, our BIM modeling approach will boost construction making it simpler for engineers, and general contractors.
Carrying out residential projects all around the world is a challenge that we are always willing to take. These projects require precise work to comply with the idea of project owners, general contractors and, most importantly, the final customer. In the end, they are the ones that will inhabit the place and make it their home.
BIM (Building Information Modeling) has proven to be beneficial and has a progressive approach in AEC Industry. It is not just software but a process, a method to adopt in order to organize and manage the entire design and execution process intelligently and accurately. BIM not only helps in building a virtual 3D model, but is also a digital aid for all architecture and design firms.
With projects like Sarfaraz Fayyaz residence in UK, Omar Al Jalal villa and Ali Al Hudaib Residence in KSA , and Mr. Amer Chaudhry Farmhouse in Pakistan, we are determined to use BIM modelling approach to create spaces that appeal to the modern eye while standing firmly rooted in tradition.
